• Spare Parts

ICE are the only supplier of genuine ICE printheads. Printheads are the most critical component in a Thermal Transfer Printer and the correct printhead will provide performance and reliability of operation in accordance with the ICE specification; modified pattern parts may comprimise performance and present reliability risks. We carry stock of printheads for all ICE coders, namely the 53mm and 107mm, at extremely competitive prices.

Branded ICE spares are stocked and supplied for the ICE printer range for same or next day delivery.

A team of technical engineers provide an extensive support service to all customers. At ICE, we have a proud and valued reputation for effective, rapid response to requests for technical assistance.

We have an extensive in-house repair and print testing facility to manage all of our customers needs.

The introduction of the ICE Glacier support package allows predictable and capped ownership costs for the first 3 years of the printer’s life.

Critical components are offered on a service exchange basis to ensure minimal downtime, customers also benefit from an inclusive annual inspection visit and condition report.
