Our printers keep themselves clean

Our two high-definition inkjet printers – Torus 126 and Torus 500 – feature a self-maintaining print head which provides a non-contact method of cleaning the printhead at the start and end of production. They also automatically clean and reprime the printhead before every job, ensuring reliable and accurate print.

Designed for on-line printing on to sacks, cardboard boxes or other porous materials, the patented self-cleaning printhead system eliminates dust and dirt. But the benefits don’t stop there! All ink used within the maintenance process is recycled without wastage or spillage, and the oil-based inks used also provide a high quality print finish.
